The building is quite clean.It has its own parking space and everything is well organised. you can have the AC unit,the cooker &the washing machine because I'm not taking them out with me.The deposit is 5million won and the monthly payment is 550,000. the officetel is ten minutes by walk to Sookmyung Women's University Station on line 4, 7 minute by bus to Haebangchon (if you wish to go there)& there are lots of buses which go through the station because its quite central.I need to move out at the end of this month.
